iCoffee Image License

1. What This License Covers

This license applies only to the images iCoffee created itself: the step-by-step brewing photographs in our recipes, and other original imagery we produce. Each such image is marked as iCoffee-created in the image credit shown beneath it.

It does not apply to photographs by other people that appear on this site. Those are credited to their authors beneath each image, and they are governed by their own terms. Most are provided under the Unsplash License by the photographer named in the credit. A small number of images are used with credit to third-party publications and are the property of those publishers. Nothing on this page grants you any right to those images.

2. What You May Do

We grant you a non-exclusive license, free of charge, to use, copy, and redistribute iCoffee-created images, including for commercial editorial purposes such as articles, reviews, and videos, provided that:

• You credit iCoffee as the source, with a link to icoffeeapp.com where the medium allows it. For example: "Photo: iCoffee, icoffeeapp.com".
• You do not present the images as your own original work.
• You do not use them in a way that suggests iCoffee endorses you, your product, or your content.
• You do not resell or redistribute the images on their own, as stock imagery or as part of an image library.

You may crop or resize an image to fit your layout. Please do not alter it in a way that misrepresents the brewing method it depicts. These are instructional photographs, and a misleading edit is worse than no image.

3. What You May Not Do

• Use the images in or as part of a product, service, or app without our written permission.
• Use the iCoffee name, logo, or wordmark as if you were us, or in a way that implies partnership or endorsement.
• Use the images to train machine-learning models without our written permission.
• Claim ownership of, or attempt to license, an iCoffee-created image to anyone else.

This license ends automatically if you break these terms.

4. No Warranty

iCoffee-created images are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any claim or damage arising from your use of them.

5. Requests and Questions

If you want to use an image in a way this license does not allow, or you are unsure whether a particular image is ours, contact us at support@icoffeeapp.com and ask. We would rather answer a question than have someone guess.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page on the date you use the image.
